For the second year in a row, Bert Sels has been placed on the Highly Cited Researchers list published by Clarivate.
This list highlights researchers who are involved in papers which rank in the top 1% by citations for a field each year by the Web of Science™ citation index.
Due to the diverse nature of the Sels Research Group, he was ranked in the Cross Field Category.
On this list, 25 researchers were associated with KU Leuven, and 81 were in Belgium.
